For any freshers or college level graduates, the most important challenge is to face the experience conundrum. It is the requisite experience for getting a job to the young people to any industry or sector of their choices. In technological and Management courses, it can be reduced through summer internship programs to industry level organizations. It is also called as academia and industry interface or joint collaboration to train people for industry ready manpower or managers.  

This problem can also be addressed by offering on the job training to students from time to time to nearby businesses. In this way, they will lean hand on experience in technological and mangerial level. They have some experience so as to get an entry level job positions . Organizations must have clear cut notifications for the job profiles for which no prior work experience will be required.
