Answer - a. The red blood cells will undergo crenation.

Reason- On increasing the concentration of bloodstream(solution in which blood cell is present), exosmosis takes place due to which water flows from cell sap of blood cell to the outside, thus causing shrinkage of cell contents due to which it undergoes crenation.
