Groups with highest unemployment rates includes daily wage earners, poor class people these people at the same time have the lower duration of unemployment since most of them might be the seasonal workers for example construction workers are generally without work during winters hence they are expected to get job soon as climate changes but are unemployed right now also some other includes unemployment because of wage dispersion who have employment opportunities but looking out for better pay.
Highly qualified individuals are the ones with lesser proprtion of unemployment but at the same time these can be voluntarily unemployed where they have earned enough and hence deciding to remian unemployed, same goes with working professional post motherhood which have long duration of unemployment.
