WeWork – This is an American commercial company in real estate segment. It used to provide the office / work spaces to the technology startups. They also provide space related services to their clients. It’ head quarter I in the New York City and It was founded in the year 2010.

Main problem of WeWork right now are as below

• CEO is not suitable: Adam Neumann is the CEO of the company and he is not been observed as the leading CEO for the company, as under his leadership, company has not achieved the desired growth. So it is one of the big problems for the WeWork is that CEO is not suitable for the company.
• Cult of Personality: This is the business model which I based on the cult of personality and is purely driven by the personality only. It does not have enough space for people to drive it systematically.
• Non working business model: The business model of the company is not workable model. We do not see the potential for this model to run and get succeed in the market. The business model needs to be meeting the market and customer needs and should be able to help their target consumers.
• Non profitable business: WeWork organization is not able to make money and they are not able to generate revenue for the business. They are losing $1 for every $1 investment. So they are losing significantly and they are going to get high debt and in negative financials.

Some key symptoms and causes for the current problem of the company are as below

• Current financial position is not good and the company is showing negative financials. The cause is that their products are not making profit and helping consumers to the extent consumers are needs.
• We do not see positivity at the work place of the WeWork business, as negativity is seen and the cause for the negativity is that the business model is not suitable and not picking up and not growing.
