Answer

Every organization faces conflicting situations. As the members of the firm comes from different backgrounds, have different personality, attitudes, beliefs, and work style, they might feel difficulty working with others. Another reason is that, the interests and personal goals of the employees are not integrated with the organisational goals and management won't support them to grow in their career with a work life balance.

Conflicts can be constructive or destructive. Management must make a conflict constructive and enhance the conflict capability. To build trust and loyalty it is important to use verbal and non verbal communication for creating a win win situation.

Verbal communication must be used to clearly speak with the conflicting party in a way that makes him feel trusted and valued. It is important to listen to the other party for negotiation in an effective way. Nonverbal communication like gestures that are not aggressive, polite way of dealing with a person and considering his issues and interest can really help to strengthen the business relationship, and collaboratively solve the conflicts .
