Please don't hesitate to give a "thumbs up" in case you're satisfied with the answer

The formula is :

=T.DIST.RT(2.646, 10) . The 10 is basically the degrees of freedom calculated by n-1 (11-1 = 10)
= .01224

Now, this is one sided. We multiply by 2 as asked in the question.

2*.01224 = .02448 or .0245

But since this is a one-sided test ( as Ha: Mu > 4) we have the p-value as .0122

Answer is .0122
