yes i think that culture impacts IHRM policies .we cant ignore the fact that expansion of any business requires knowledge ,legal regulations ,characterstics of local labour market etc but national culture plays a very major part because it is a system of values and behaviours of the members of a society and it is always told in economics that we should focus on quantitative as much as its qualitative aspects .international human resource management is expansion beyond the markets of the other countries so any firm is designed according to its culture only and work according to its culture and this is the reason of its effectiveness because if any country culture is good then it can progress anyway .like india see its peoples are spread all over world today wherever we go in any country and it is same with the firms and this is what called cross cultural management and next is comparative human resource management in this we try to figure out difference between the two hrm of countries and the next is IHRM the ay in hich national firms managed to sail abroad and in my opinion culture plays dominant role in this field
