I choose the two factor theory of motivation:-

This theory, additionally known as the Motivation-Hygiene Theory or the dual-factor theory, was fenced in by Frederick Herzberg in 1959. In his theory, Herzberg claims these factors operate on a similar plane. In alternative words, satisfaction and dissatisfaction aren’t polar opposites. taking out an employee’s dissatisfaction – for instance by providing the next regular payment – doesn’t essentially mean the worker can then be happy. the worker is simply not discontent.
