An ideal work environment consists of people of different ages, genders, religious beliefs, ethnic groups, and genetic diversity. It helps the individuals to understand and acquire different thoughts, cultures, and values from one another. When people from different genders, religious beliefs, and other differences meet, it leads to psychological and moral development in the individuals that help the organization to deal with a variety of customers and clients having the same differences. Therefore, having a diverse workforce is always appreciated for many reasons including business development.

Yes, promoting diversity is quite necessary especially in the modern workplace. It is because when people with diversity come together it leads to new ideas and creativity among the individuals. Diverse people have a diverse understanding that helps the organization to have newer perspectives about things and people which ultimately helps the organization to achieve its objectives.

No, promoting diversity is not unjust. It is ethically and morally right to accept and promote diversity in the workplace. It is even unethical and legal crime to discriminate among individuals because of the diversity that is because of age, gender, disability, and religious beliefs.
