Given that digital and social media are becoming more and more important in the workplace, is it ever appropriate to use emoticons, emoji, or similar graphical devices in an email at work? How important is it to keep to conventional grammar rules when writing business messages on Twitter or on a corporate blog? Please use examples from your own experience as an employee or a consumer to illustrate your answer.

In the age of digital media, if artificial emotional tools are utilized then it gives very good impact on the other parties. Actually, Our minds get these emojis instantly into framing the similar perceptions. The most important aspect is to use only popular symbols or emojis in mail conversations so as to avoid any confusions and chaos from other parties. It will be great to use only positive feelings in the form of emoji as it creates a positive outlook . This will be beneficial at any point of time but negatively given emotions might cause big problems to the management of an organization.  

When some one utilizes conventional grammar to write any corporate blog , business messages, advertising campaigns, taglines and communication to the global customers then it denotes that the executives and management of the organizations are educated, cautious and reliable to get an association. Even , conventional grammar highlights the core competencies of an organization with systematic and correct format which ultimately attracts remote and targeted customers. It clarifies the doubts and chaos among the consumers. It set a tradition to write correct words and sentences in business correspondence. A very interesting fact is that today's when everyone is writing wrong sentences or shortcuts then a conventional grammar gives attention and attractive notion which has many benefits too to each stakeholders of an organization.

For example: Some times as an employee, i feel difficulty in understanding mail and corporate information due to many buzzwords, acronym and other mistakes in sentence framing. This can be solved through conventional grammar.
