1) The home country-based pay:
As we see in the host country pay if an employee work in a host county than the salary and basic pay or payroll is based on the host country not based on the home country.
But in the concept of the home county based pay if employee work in the host county they all get the payroll or basic pay based on their home county payable structure that why it is called the home county based pay. it is like a host-based approach but it takes payable amount based on the home county basic pay.
2) headquarters-based pay:
In this headquarter based to pay the employee work at the remote location or another place. they payroll and basic pay is based on the headquarter payable structure that why is called headquarter based pay.
The basic salary for the same county as well as other third county employee or nationals is comparable based on the base salary paid employees at the headquarters location.
3) host country-based pay.:
