Louis wants to know if his employees’ calls are significantly different than the company’s expectations at the 2% significance level.

Test statistic is

Test statistic = 4.44

Critical value of z at (two tailed ) is

zc = 2.33

Since value of test statistic > 2.33

We reject the null hypothesis

There is sufficient evidence to conclude that employee's call is significantly different from company's expectation.
