1 min = 1/60 hour

Hence 1 liter/1 min = 106 micro-liter / (1/60) hour

= 6 X 107 micro-liter / hour

Hence 0.299 liter / min = 0.299 X 6 X 107 micro-liter / hour

= 1.794 X 107 micro-liter / hour
