d) Ionization energy is the amount of energy required to remove an electron from isolated gaseous atom in it's ground state.

It depends upon the size of the atom. Large is the size more easily the electron will escape from it's nuclear charge.

Largest size out of all of these is K. Hence it will have the smallest first ionization enthalpy.
