In lowa court Judges may be more in favour of a defendant that is the more liberl will be judges in lowa Courts.

It may be the factor of cost for the defendent it it is comparitively lesser costlier to hire an advocate(lawyer) in lowa court.

The Lowa Court allows a New Jersey Defendant is also of some reasons such it is based on the nature of claim like the "Place where it occured" "Where the Parties live in"
