Vision is the ability to ponder and plan for future goals that you have set in your conscious mind and redirect your effort to achieve those. It is important to have vision in your carrier as it helps you to thrive for bigger and better things. For example: if an employee is currently working as a staff had a vision of becoming the manager or CEO of the company, so his vision will help him to work hard in such a way that he achieve his goals. As we work for out set goals our skills, performance, thinking ability also rises making us much closer to our victory.

A person without a vision can’t be productive both in his carrier and his skills and therefore he will lead his whole life becoming a regular member of the company because his vision doesn’t ponder himself to go for big opportunities and achievements in life. A person becomes vulnerable to different carrier problems and it doesn’t make an individual realise about his actual skills and performance due to lack of vision.

Individual should not stop once their goal is reached and completed, they should go for other big achievements in carrier field.
