Write a shell script that is able to traceroute a destination of your choice for 6 hours (or more -- more the better), at an interval of 5 mins each.Your traceroutes are written out to a file so you can analyze it later.

To execute the file change the file permission to make it an executable script:

command used= sudo chmod 700 <filename here without brackets>

To run the file give two arguments the first would be the name of the destination in the traceroute command and the second is the amount of time for which the script needed to be run in hours for example:

sh trace.sh google.com 1
here "google.com" is the name of the destination and "1" is the amount of time script would run, here the script would run for 1hour with an interval of five minutes each.

note: this script would run for the number of hours user want to run for which he has to supply the argument as shown above.
