For assessing the personality and psychopathology either MMPI II or MCMI III could be used. Since MCMI-III contains fewer items it would be appropriate (considering her health issues). Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) is a good option as it may help to explore her inner conflicts and needs.

Tests in other answers like CHIP, KBIT and Rorschach inkblot tests could be used as it would explore the coping skills, intelligence and personality issues respectively. But, Wide Range achievement test would not help for psychotherapeutic process.
