What if the customer spent $400 on the device, they have been trying to get it to work for a week, and now they feel that they have been completely cheated. They call you and they are ready to unload on someone – that person is you. How will you address this issue and make sure the customer hangs up happy?
When we sold a product it is our responsibility to make sure that the device is well functioning and worth the money for the customer. If the customer faces any problem with it we need to address the issue and make sure the mistake is rectified. In such times customers will be angry and might even shout on us . We need to be patient with them and know the complete details of the problem and then we need to explain them the reason for their issue and assure them that we will get the issue solved . This makes them happy and thus they hangs up happy .
