Ethics means doing things right and fairly.ethics can be defined as the discipline dealing with what is good and bad and with moral duty and obligation . In business ethics is very necessary as well in our personal life. the ethics is based on the values demonstrating respect for key moral principles that include honesty, fairness, equality, dignity, diversity and individual rights.

Ethical dilemmas, also known as a moral dilemmas, are situations in which there is a choice to be made between two options, neither of which resolves the situation in an ethically acceptable fashion. At workplace, we have found many ethical dilemma situations but most of common is the Stealing the work of co-worker and used that like your own and take the credit for that. for example- In a big company, there three employees were working on a project individually. each has to show their work otherwise they will get loss in their job so one employee has not completed his work and think to steal the work of his co-worker. this creates the ethical dilemma for the employee because if he does that then his co-worker suffer the loss and if not then he could lose his job so this created the ethical issue in the workplace.

In these kinds of situation, employees can register their ideas with their supervisors so that others can not even think to such acts at workplace. also there should be no tolerance policy for stealing work of others at company.
