In today's cotext , a health care organization may decide to create and distribute best services through brainstorming programs of its physicians and top management. in brainstorming together, they have more and more ideas to handle the critical issues.
I often participate in group decision making related to start a marketing campaign. As a team , we get more ideas from other sales and business development people or representatives. I used to get more insights from my team members through a small coffee meeting early in the office. It helps me to brainstorm people to offer reliable submissions or innovative ideas.
