5) There are certain federal bid protest forum which are -

a) Agency level bid protest :-

This bid protest derives from some kind of experimental protests such as the AMC which is also known as the Army Material Command. It was first recognized in the mid 1990's. Most of the agencies enhance the use of the Federal Acquisition Regulation at smaller or greater extent. So, before doing any protest, it is needed to review the issue properly. One of the main advantages of using agency protect is that it is less formal and less costly and comes to a conclusion very quickly.

b) Government Accountability Office (GAO) bid protest :-

The main aim of GAO is to make resolution of disputes since the year 1930's. There are nearly 30 attorneys who are involved in controlling the protests at GAO. However, the protest or dispute may or may not get legal counsel. A party who may show interest in the bidding process may also has the right to show some protest.
