1. Hospice care is the care which is given to the ill persons at home. It provides a care which is quite empathetic in nature. Hospice Care is intended to cure those people whose disease has reached at an advanced stage . They are assigned to cure the symptoms of diseases . It is basically family oriented . They try to provide an immense care unit for the last few days of a patient , so that he/ she does not feel any sort of trouble .

It is also provided to soothe and calm the patient in their last few days of survival.

2. Criticisms of Jean PIaget's Development stages are :

a. Lack of operationalised definition .

b. The stages of development were simply wrong in nature. As stated by Weiten ( 1992) , that he might have misjudged the development of young children .

c. Not offering a qualitative difference in cognitive capacity between two children at development stage .

d. Scientific control is absent .

e. He used his own children in the experiment .

f. While explaining the development of children , he failed to explain it on full detailed note.

3. Ladies who are supposed to be pregnant should not be given legal consequences . As she is bearing a child , it is very important for her to be in a secured environment . Making her suffer legal consequences , will not only harm her but also her baby in every way .  

The reasons are:

a. Arresting the pregnant ladies for consuming drugs will affect the health of the lady and her child as well.

b. A harm reduction unit has been established to take care of the ones who suffers from the addiction of drugs.

c. Policies are discriminatory in nature.
