There are a total of six steps that are much critical for the formulation of a project strategy. 1) Development of an organizational strategy, it means that the organization must identify their goals based on their vision and mission. The organization must be clear regarding the objectives to be accomplished. 2) Identifying project requirement, it means that the organization must identify the requirements of the project that can be effective in the accomplishment of organizational objectives or goals. The project requirements must be including all aspects of the business and defined priorities. 3) Development of a business case, the organization must be clarifying the purpose and mandatory objectives. The project case must be including the short-term goals that will support the organization in the achievement of long-term goals. 4) Setting the project success criteria, it will be including various factors that are mandatory for the organization to achieve in this project. It will support the organization in allocating a proper role to all the employees, managing risk appropriately, etc. 5) Identification of the project success factors, it will be providing information regarding the factors needed for handing over of the project to the client. It will be beneficial for the organization in taking the project in a positive manner for removing the hurdles in the pathway. 6) Development of the project model, it will be containing all the information regarding the project with necessary bonding. It will be effective in conveying the project plan to all the stakeholders in a convenient manner.
