They have arranged successfully and most importantly in the planned formed as for men and women separate cab facilities have been arranged during odd hours so that they can reach at home safely. For employee’s safety in all aspects, CCTV has been installed in the cabs so that until they reach home it should give the track to the organization.
As the employees will work on the night process, additional medical facilities for the employees have been allotted by the management. Entirely, change initiatives in terms of fulfilling the work process have been done well and the employees are appreciating as the process has been structurally organized.
3rd part:
It is not so well because it is observed that the employees have received a well-organized structure in terms of stabilizing the organizational work driven process. But, nothing improvement in terms of providing wages to employees has been made and such factors may de-motivate the employees to put full effort in the work process; resulting may lag in growth. Therefore, it is mandatory to provide night allowances to the employees and increment has to be made in the salary structure for the rotational shift process. It is necessary to put more labor in shifting work than normal shifts and considering such factors it is important to standardize such measures to sustain with the change in a better way.
