1. In my views, training will become more effective if the training needs analysis and assessment is done comprehensively. There must be high involvement of the trainees in the training need analysis. This helps in identifying the real time training needs of an individual and help in improving his overall self. There must be pre and post tests which can be used to assess the learning needs of the trainee from the training program. Moreover, the training program must be flexible enough to suit the training needs of different age groups. Baby boomers require traditional training while millennials like interesting out of the box ways in which learning can be done.
