since the developer aiming to freely access the application but aiming to have the copyrights she may use either Proprietary software licenses .because in proprietary license copyrights are retained and have right to perform,right to display but donot have right to copy.

based on the type of service we need we can use the different licenses.

3.difference between parallel processing and multiprocessing.

Multiprocessing is the concept of using two or more CPUs within a single computer. it refers to the ability of a system to support more than one processor and/or the ability to allocate tasks between them.in multiprocessing systems, several tasks can be completed simultaneously by giving different tasks to different processors at a single instant of time.so,using multiprocessing systems a large number of processes can be completed in a little time.

In computers, parallel processing is the processing of program instructions by dividing them among multiple processors with the objective of running a program in less time. so, the basic difference between a multiprocessor and parallel processing is that in parallel processing single task completion time is reduced whereas in multiprogramming it focuses on different tasks executing parallelly.

if single task completion time should be reduced we use parallel processing.if several tasks execution time to be lowered we use multiprocessing there are also some limitations in these.
