Building a system in the cloud refers to the analyzing, designing and implementing systems to suit organizational needs. Building a system deals with the specifics of how all components will work together . It contains all the specifications for how to build ,code ,test and implement the system by using the design pattern which contains component and module . The programmers make use of classes ,interfaces ,functions etc. in order to build a system whereas architecting a system in cloud

refers to the overall design of the system and all the main components. It consist of detailed physical system design of information system architecture on the basis of end user requirements . This design becomes the blue print for the programmers. It is responsible for converting the technical requirements of a projects into the architecture and design that will guide the final product .

Building and architecting a system in cloud offers a benefit of migration flexibility for business and end users . By migration flexibility ,organizations can move certain workloads to or from cloud or to different cloud platforms when desired or automatically . It helps in better cost savings. Building a system give the idea of   the size and complexity of the system which provide a manger to plan and oversee the entire migration process,  also migration process depends on the size and complexity of business operations
