Give an example of a time when someone you know conveyed an important message, but did so using the wrong channel. For example, has anyone ever shared bad or important news with you, but done it via text? Do you have an example of important information that was shared via a poorly worded email and so it was misunderstood? Give as much detail as you can about the situation and why you think the chosen channel was incorrect.

In our lifetime we come across many situations where people hurt us by the way they ignore us . These misunderstandings often occur due to lack of proper communication which happens when two people communicate using texts or emails rather than a meeting. For example you are in a serious problem where you need the help of a friend. That person is not feeling well and on bed rest. If they message you that they are sorry for not coming to you and they are not so well , you will not understand the seriousness of their situation . Hence you start to feel that they abandoned you when you are in need and they are selfish where the reality is that they are bed ridden. Instead of messaging if they had called you or sent someone to inform you of their condition , this misunderstanding might not have happened. Hence the channel used for communication is incorrect.
