It was a big mistake from PwC as it being one of the prestigious announcement session for motion picture. The error happened actually in their business communication perspective which is mainly due to the lack of systematic process . They have avoided the same situation to happen through effective communication through better responsive and systematic way of communication. Multiple checkpoints were kept in place which gave them an error proof outcome. Experienced consultants were also involved in further such announcement and through their guidance they created proper communication platform which ensure such mistakes wont happen in future. Its all about creating transparency, clarity and proper preperations.
