Now that you have studied in depth the OSI model, you understand that encapsulation happens at most levels of the OSI model. In your own words, describe each step of encapsulation and how it corresponds to each level of the OSI model. Include the term of the data at each level (packet, data, frames, segments, etc.).
Data flow basically ocurrs b/w two devices if they are connected in a network which same kind of transmission medium .The application running on source device create some kind of data , this creation of data happens at application layer .
If the application need some kind of encryption to the data for some security purpose , then this occurs at Presentation layer
Now comes the Session layer , here what happens is session id is append to the data, so after appending session id to data inforamtion is one block of data.
Next come is the transport layer . In this layer it breaks the data into the blocks of data which we call as segment . Each segement get its own port number , so as to identify which upper layer applicaition needs to recieve data on destination device .
The segement generated by transport layer is then sent to Network layer . The netowrk layer take the segment which consist of port number and append it source and destination IP address . So after appending source and destination IP segment becomes Packet.
The packet generated by transport layer is transmitted to Data link layer where the data link layer add the source and MAC address and the CRC . Adding this packet get converted to Frame.
Now at last comes in Physical layer where the frame generated is sent to some physical device where it is transmitted to some kind of signal (radio wave, electrical, or light signal). This frame is become some kind of signal which that represent zeros and one .
Pls give like . Thanks

To begin, draw the OSI model on the left side of your paper, being certain to label each layer. 2. Above the top layer of the OSI model, write Software. Then, below the bottom layer, write Network. 3. Suppose the software issues a message to the network that is 3400 bytes in size. Next to the Application layer, Presentation layer, and Session layer, draw the PDU for this message as it appears at each of these layers (adding the appropriate...
1. Suppose you have a client who procrastinates over studying and, as a result, is in danger of academic suspension. As a behaviorist, you want to be certain that you have appropriate ways to track progress and are considering a number of approaches. You ask the client to record some specific tasks, as listed below. What is the most appropriate level of measurement – nominal, ordinal, nominal or ratio – for each task? Whether or not he studied Whether his...
Background You are the co-owner of a company that sells commercial 3D printers and printing parts. Your company has 10 employees and revenues of almost $40 million dollars a year. Increasingly, customers have been asking that you allow bitcoin as a payment method. Some of these customers are overseas. While you know that some of your competitors use it, all you know about it is what you’ve read in the news: that’s its popular, volatile, potentially low cost, and may...
. You have been asked to build a course registration system for your university Develop an entity-relationship diagram that describes data objects, relationships and attributes. Draw a context-level model (level 0 DFD/CFD) for your system. Write a context level processing narrative for the system. Draw a level 1 DFD/CFD for your system. 2. What is the difference between cardinality and modality? (Pressman 6.4.3 7th Ed or Pressman 8.3.4 6th Ed) Does the information flow continuity concept mean that if one...

You are to select 1 business that does not already have a Web site, and develop an Internet strategy for it. Most large corporations already have Web sites, so you may have to think of something on a smaller scale such as a local bike store. Sole proprietorship businesses that provide services like car repair, house cleaning, tax preparation, and that use the Internet and similar services are also good options. You will also consider and describe how the business...

Can Dogs Understand Human Cues? EXPLORATION Dogs have been domesticated for about 14,000 years. In that time, have they been able to develop an understanding of human gestures such as pointing or glancing? How about simi lar nonhuman cues? Researchers Udell, Giglio, and Wynne tested a small number of dogs in order to answer these questions. In this exploration, we wll first see whether dogs can understand human gestures as well as nonhuman gestures. To test this, the researchers positioned...
