;Net Income includes cash and non cash item(i.e Depreciation ), non operating income(interest income), but we have calculate cash from operating activity, So we have exclude effect of the non cash items & non operating income.
;and increase in account payable ; it means we are not paid account payable, so we have adding the increase in account payable.
2) Cash flow from Investment activity
;Opening Fixed assets balance is 30. and closing balance is 31.7 and after charging deprecation 5 , then closing balance should be 25 but the closing is 31.7 it means we have purchased the fixed assets and it is outflow of cash (31.7-25=6.7)
; Interest income on marketable security ,it is not part of our operation , so interest income is part of investment activity.
; Opening balance of marketable security is 42.7 and closing balance is 60.9 , it presents increase in investment (60.9-42.7=18.2) is purchase of new marketable investment.
