GAAP- Generally accepted accounting practies GAAP are set of principals of rules for accounting which the uniformity of accounting treatment and their reliabilites, comparabilites and integrites of financial statement; The ethical behaviour of accounting requires that to ensure that ethical standards are complied with it is sufficient to present the financial information as per GAAP; as ethical standards also require that accountants present information in the cleanest and most accounts way possible which comprises of an independent repost of the financial position. Based on above discussion ethies recognises GAAPS as a standard for accounting but GAAP only sets the principals for accounting but not the ethical behaviours to accounting. thus GAAP principals should be amounted is a way that will incorporate the ethical behaviour towards. accounting and ensures the goverance of ethical standard towards integrates in accounting.
