Here I'm going to describe about the opportunities (O), threats (T) to Harley Davidson along with the EFAS table that describes the opportunities and threats that Harley Davidson is facing.

Harley Davidson is a US based motorcycle company. It deals with the various sort of bikes across the world. It as approximately about 1400 dealers to deal with. It has its motor clothing to built its reputation.

OPPORTUNITIES TO HARLEY DAVIDSON :-

• Global Expansion. Reason :- Harley Davidson has great opportunity to expand its business world wide and globally by the way of widening the product mix.

• Product Diversification.

Reason :- Harley Davidson can easily diversify its product line, it has this opportunity.

• Alliances with complementary businesses.

Reason :- Harley Davidson is a reputed company and can easily get the alliance with complementary business.

TREATS TO HARLEY DAVIDSON :-

• Aggressive Competition.

Reason :- there are many other brands that have come into the market. Such as Volkswagen, Toyota and many more.

• Imitation.

Reason :- Harley Davidson is currently facing imitation because of the other brands that tends to offer the public custom/chopper bikes.

• Increasing preference for electric vehicles.

Reason :- people these days prefer electric vehicles, and that can be a serious threat to Harley Davidson as they are currently not dealing with this trend.
