Some of the obstacles such as information sharing by the relevant teams, communication gap, resistance for change and participation, continuous participation from the workforce and motivation of the employees to get the quality initiatives, self-adaptation , data extraction, optimization of the processes, having proper knowledge to diagnose the issues, not having unified infrastructure to run the program, data is collected in silos, etc. The benefits of the achieving zero defect quality is waste control and cost reduction. This helps in achieving the customer satisfaction and improvement in getting customer loyalty, setting up the work standards, improves team morale, help in increasing company’s reputation, etc.
