Support the argument that leadership is critical to the success and/or failure of any Criminal Justice Agency. Give at least three arguments for and/or against.

Leadership is the skill which determine the right decisions are taken at right moment and with intent of truth. The criminal justice agency can be success if the leadership involved have right kind of experience to handle criminal cases and also the ability to justify the cases by reducing the needless detentions.

Three agreements to support that leadership is critical to the success and/or failure of any Criminal Justice Agency are as follows:

1. Mediator role of justice agency is to reduce the criminal cases, unnecessary detentions and control the biased decisions. This role is transactional leadership with positive point-based system where due importance is given to rule adherence and visionary impact on the life of the detained person
2. The criminal justice agency in general have the group of ex-officers from police, Ombudsman, courts and correction houses. These experts are leaders as they have witnessed the crime from closed and know the decisions to take.
3. The various actions and programs of the agency require leadership skills of law understanding and communication to faithfully and strongly release the case of individual. These programs could be knowledge, service, experiment and communicate.
