When integrating charts, tables, hyperlinks, and videos into Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point objects were found in both external(internet) and internal( within existing files) sources. Power Point has audio options that can be integrated into slides. Like videos, audio can be uploaded from external sources, trimmed, and edited. in what situations would this feature be useful? Could you see yourself using this in Power Point? Word? Excel? what should you be aware of with audio?

Answer: Microsoft power point is using widely in many areas education, business, personal and politics etc. It is the way of saying words through pictures, videos, charts etc. It is easy to understand rather than your words and its attractive way also to make understand anyone about any subject/topic. For example- You are a teacher, you have to tell a story to 1^st standard students through power point presentation. You prepared a presentation only with text without using any graphics. First it won’t be too attractive visually, students doesn’t take interest in this too much. They will get bored but you will prepare a presentation with pictures, videos and audios without using text. It will be much easier to understand because they will be take interest to see videos and listen sounds , they will catch every action in presentation in comparison tell them in words. Because that action they are watching directly. They won’t be bored.

In Business point of view, suppose a builder in preparing a presentation in power point for next project of building. If he will write text only in presentation how he will make understand to his client what will he do in project. After constructed how will be view of building. So many things there to make understand to customers. But if he prepared a presentation with proper building pictures and growth charts and amenities, full view of building after constructed. These things will attract a customer and he’ll be take interest to see all of this. Without saying words he will make understand about your project. And he can make understand his seniors and colleagues about project how much benefit we’ll get from this project and every month growth should be., given deadline to close this project. It will define your presentation charts. That’s the reason we have to need insert these objects in our presentation. These objects enhance our presentation. If you make often power point presentation, you probably understand the challenge of keeping audience’s attention with every slides. Power point makes it easy to also add videos, audio into your slides, which can grab and maintain attention of audience better than slides full of text.

Microsoft power point allows us to insert audios in slides from existing file from personal PC or via internet download it and insert into slides. Both of them we can use in slides inserting. You should aware of inserting an audio into slides , this should be related to your presentation how much long you need it to insert , if you want short , trimmed it and upload, uploading process should be complete. You should also check size of audio because this will increase your presentation size. It is well playing or not, sound is audible or not. If you are downloading from internet, be careful about your internet connection, connection is interrupted file won’t be download or if downloaded check it, is it proper playing or not. After uploading in slides also you should check is it playing or not. You should check time duration of playing audio files how much time you want to play and what time you want to play like starting time your presentation , last time , animation time , inserting time of an image etc. If you are using a sound for background music, you can also reset volume. Because raised volume can be annoyed to your audience. Sound file should be pleasing sound that makes happy to listener. You should know which type of file power point supports or which type type not. These are the general things you should aware of these.
