Karen's lack of satisfaction with the job directly leads Karen to be more inefficient. There are three negative responses. It's that she would find excuses and be more ignorant of the boss ' job. Job resentment and Manager –her boss's frustration and actions contributes to the increase in hate towards job and boss. Their job capabilities will be raising directly. Trying to ignore the work-it will contribute to behavioral changes in her life. She will always be stressed and in trouble.

Her Manager's conduct has always influenced her public and corporate personality. She would lose her work one day if Karen follows her boss ' capture. Karen must be more efficient and energetic to the workplace in this condition. If managers are in good ways that will lead her in the eyes. Then she's certainly going to find herself in that company because she likes her work. It will also have a negative effect on her. That her anger and other negative things will be more silent and increased.
