The supply chia management is the combination of various activities that are carried out in order to procure the raw material and facilitate the finished product to the ultimate customers. This includes a number of layers that are both internal and external to the organization. This is the activity that requires a lot of coordination and interaction among the various players and any shortcoming in it can result in catastrophic effects to the organization.

The positive experience=

Supply chain helps you to understand how different constitutes of the supply chain works

While working in the supply chain, I came across much good association and connection and it helped me to interact and accommodate the varied types of persons and organizations

This is the activity which makes you be on your toes all the time and therefore the person has to be proactive in his attitude.

A lot of learning and managing an unexpected situation can be learned

It makes a manager implement both of his professional and personal experiences and connection to get the thing done in an expected manner.

The bad experiences=

This is the activity that needs a lot of coordination and due to changing working styles and attitude toward work of various elements, it makes tougher

The supply chain is a 24*7 and 365 days activity and therefore any misshape can cause serious result for the company and thus there are incidences where the things are beyond the control

Supply chain requires the person to have good interaction with others but it can also create personality conflicts and disputes due to mutually clashing benefits
