The positive effect of globalization for Switzerland is that The economic strength of This country has been improved because This country has become a very top choice of people for tourism.as we know, under globalization, there are no national boundaries so people are coming from different countries to enjoy the beauty of this country. This helps the country to earn more revenue from them.

The GDP of this country has been improved a lot like its GDP had grownon average by EUR 1,190 per year between 1990 and 2016.This is because of Globalization happening and country is accepting that.

Globalization also Made Switzerland a hub of communication with other countries since the U.N. and the Red Cross make Switzerland their headquarters, and Switzerland has always had good relations with other countries with it's neutrality.

This helps to build good political and government relationship with other countries so when there would be problem in future natural or man made then these countries will help Switzerland.

There are not found very negative effect but the only con globalization bring that Switzerland is very small country so its resources are very limited so it can be exploited by other people, organization and make them extinct in future.

so, there are more positive effect then negative ones due to globalization on Switzerland.
