Introduction- The entrepreneurship is quality which developed through the contribution of genetic and environmental factors. I have been working with a person who has good leadership skills as well as social skills.

The entrepreneurship is a blend of management, social and leadership skills. An entrepreneur should be a future seeker and a good manager. He/she should be able to understand the needs of employees as well as the market.

The success of every business developed on multiple factors that can be called CELL.

Capital, Entrepreneurship, Land, and Labor.

These factors are essential for any business development and the use of Capital, land, and labor depends on the entrepreneurship.
