As a developmental psychologist, what strategies would you utilize to communicate the importance of healthy life choices to a high school senior? Consider the developmental characteristics of the emerging adult.

As a developmental psychologist, following are the strategies I would utilize to communicate the importance of healthy life choices to a high school senior :-

1) Regular exercise :- High school senior needs to do exercise on daily basis because it will make him healthy. It will help them to reduce stress and anxiety.

2) Healthy diet :- The student need to include healthy food in their diet like vegetables, fruits, juice, almonds etc. It will help in making their brain strong as they have to study for long hours.

3) Proper sleep - The student need to take proper sleep as lack of sleep can gave adverse impact on their health. Proper sleep helps in concentrating on studies at school.

4) Spend time with friends and family :- Spending time with friends and family will make person happy and it can avoid stress level. It will make the environment positive and student can concentrate on studies effectively.
