Apple Inc. is the top leading company in the market when it comes to technology. Apple provides a vast exposure of new technology every time it launches a new product in the market. Apple ensures that every new product have new technology and is upgraded from the previous one. The company also ensures unique design in its products.
The company is able to ensure the extended use, and most importantly, healthily, and consistent revenue because:
Apple holds a meeting on every Monday to discuss about the facilities and technology to be used in the product.If the company is not able to find any solution in 1 meeting, automatically the same issue becomes the agenda for the next meeting. This ensures smooth functioning in the company and reduced the chances of missing out of any important aspect as well as minimises the chances of confusions among the departments in the organisation.
The key factor for the success of Apple is it's concentration towards few projects rather than focusing on 100's of project. Apple on takes up those projects which results the company in ending with fruitful results rather than being diluted in lesser projects. In this practice, this should mean that every single Apple product is evaluated and inspected by the executive team at least once for fortnight. This keeps the delays in the decision making minimum and enables the company to be lean with its approach to design.
Most of the Apple products are manufactured outside the company premises. Apple believes in distributing work in small contracts which decreases the headache of manufacturing the products timely and also reduces the risk of lowering down of quality of the product.
