The goal theory is the most practical and applicable in my life.This is where this theory works for the development at the personal level through engagements and gains of the necessary skills and experience required within and outside the workplace operations.The concept of the goal theory is all about setting the necessary target and developing subsequent strategies that will be used in achieving the set goals.The set goals are then evaluated and constant implementation and change of the strategies depends on the challenges that I face each and everyday operations.
The practical experience in my life with this theory is basically clinching the management position within the chemical plant that I work for.This is where I had to go back for search of necessary skills and information about management through joining school of business that would offer MBA program.The program was effective and at the end of five year period I have been able to achieve and understand management from the in depth operations.
