Solution ) For an object to accelerate it should move . An object moves only if it has kinetic friction .

If object has static friction then it do not move and therefore no acceleration .

Kinetic friction force , fk = (uk)N

N is normal force , N = mg

fk = ma

Here a is acceleration

ma = (uk)mg

a = (uk)g

a = 0.35×9.8

a = 3.43 m/s^2
