A few studies have linked the presence of the artificial sweetner subsugural to cancer in laboratory rats.while the validity of these findings has been hotly debated by medical experts,the food and drugs board has ordered products containing the ingredient subsugural banned from sale in ghana.the company sends all its sugar free JC cola(which contains subsugural)to ivorian and nigerian supermarkets because the sweetner has not been there.

is it acceptable for the company to send an arguably unsafe product to another market without waiting for further evidence?

No it is not ethical and moral to advertently send such products to the new markets which can prove to be an underlying cause behind developing cancer or any other such harm. Before supplying further the product in any market whether new like Nigeria or ivory where sweetener is not supplied before or to the old where further supply has the chance of increasing the health issue, or causing damage. Thus it is permissible to ensure quality checks and testing any ill impact that the product might on health of somebody.

Thus it can be concluded , it is not at all acceptable neither morally, legally or ethically , for the company to send any arguably unsafe product to the markets for use unless it is property put to check inorder to ensure that the product dies not harm customers and even if the product comes out clean it will not be put subject to questioning further abd can be supplied widely.
