Out of the given trace elements Fe playing the importance role in our body.

Advantages:

There are several fuctions of Fe in our body including formation of neurotransmitter, collagen and harmones. The most important function of Fe is in the making of haemoglobin which carry oxygen.

Dietery source:

Iron can be obtained from diets like, meat, fish, dried beans, peas and fruits. The best source of iron are meat and fishes.

Iron uptakes for men ranges 19.3 mg to 20.5 mg per day and for female it ranges from 17.0 mg to 18.9 mg per day.

Deficiency:

Deficiency of iron causes anemia which is arises due to decrease in the haemoglobin. Women are at high risk of anemia due to loss of blood during menstruation.Iron defiency also causes fatigueness.
