Answer #1

polyethylene glycol and polysorbate 80 & dextrose: in polar aqueous phase

titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide & carnauba wax: as a filterable or decantable solid

D&C yellow #10 and yellow #6 aluminum lake dyes : in the non-polar organic dichloromethane phase

Those compounds soluble in water will definitely soluble in polar aqueous phase

titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide & carnauba wax are water insoluble. So they can be either soluble in organic phase or filterable or decantable solid. But  titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide & carnauba wax are insoluble in organic phase

D&C yellow #10 and yellow #6 aluminum lake dyes are organic dyes which are definitely soluble in organic phase
