This Book is very good and interesting book which has changed my perception about attitude, morale, fun and how these are related to good work performance, positivity and productivity at workplace.From reading of this i have gained knowledge like a person with positive nature, attitude and fun can bring enthusiasm, positive energy at workplace. In this book, i feel the role of manager who wants to create a department of people in which they remain energetic, hard performer and even do fun while doing business.

The manager in this story find that business can be fun if employees have good attitude and behavior to change and learn.from the reading of this book i understand the four pillars to make my future bright in corporate world. for example- if i work as HR manager in a company where i find that employees in department are not happy and being lazy then i would use knowledge from this book.

What would i do is? i would change the work environment in which i would organize events like business games in which i would tell employees that they can earn rewards and bonuses if they get us good customer satisfactory review when they interact with clients. this would create fun yet competitive environment where everyone would involve in achieving the targets.

I would tell employees to be creative to find ways to achieve their targets and get best customer reviews and solve thier problems.these employees can send quizes in mails, spin wheel games to collect reviews so that customers are also get engaged in work with employees. This book is so great for people who wants to be a supervisor or leader in an organization because this book would help them to achieve the team which is happy, productive and have positive attitude towards leader and work.

By reading this Book, a person can be a good team leader who can make team members happy by creating fun work environment as well as maintaining the seriousness of the work.Leader can let employees to find their inner strength, talent and energy to give their best effort at work which i would do in future as HR manager.

for example- If i have the team to lead then what i would do is to lead by example and encourage other members to accept the change because change is the way to learn new things and it can be fun at the same time. if i can do this then team members will be able to adapt to change.

This book makes us understand the value of positivity, inner talent, potential of continuous learning and change and make our future and other people around us better.
