  1. Briefly describe each of the four stages of the training cycle: Assessment, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation. Why is it termed a "cycle"? Apply a brief example (imaginary) of a training program at each stage and show the dependence of each stage upon outcomes of other stages.

Assessment: Training needs and needs are carefully assessed based on information from various sources. What is actually needed, for example, is assessed in which areas, which departments and training in labor training are needed. training objectives and needs are developed in simple words.

Design: Once we know the learning objectives and need a training process, it is systematically developed and planned resources, training programs planned, resources allocated, and training programs designed with a clear schedule for trainees. The trainer and all other resources needed for the training process.

Performance: In the implementation phase, the actual learning process begins and student training is carried out in accordance with the project plan. Through follow-up and regular feedback, changes needed for the program are carried out.

Assessment: After the training is complete, the success of the program will be assessed through feedback and program reviews.

The training program cycle refers to the completion of certain tasks in sequence. For example, processes can be trained only in the order in which work is done step by step. One step can be given after completing another step. In terms of production, the manufacturing process is trained by workers in a gradual and interdependent process.
